Well built older dwellings
You have older style homes here, they’re more original than the newer estates around Murwillumbah.
In this area the dwellings were mostly built in the 70’s and 80’s and you are looking at your standard suburban residential homes.
River frontage and proximity to town draws higher sale prices
You generally get more sales and higher prices for the older modern homes, the 20-30 yr old ones.
The newer built ones are a little bit cheaper because there more cheaply built and tend to be a much more basic design, so the older homes in Murwillumbah that are within walking distance of the CBD, such as in this area, they get a bit of a premium over the rest of the homes and then of course you’ve got all the river frontage homes which get a premium because they have access to the river.
Close to the the golf course
In this area you have the golf course nearby so they have a restaurant and a golf club that you can walk to from from your home.
