Additional roof access ladder to the eastern façade of the Stage 1 building from the administration building roof; 12. Relocation of the staff amenities area from the east to the south of the admin building inclusive of a new shade structure; 13. New gas meter and enclosure located in northeastern corner; 14. Addition of future lift allocation in admin building; and, 15.
